Ok, so after the launcher finished installing the latest tools, I got a dialog that recommended that I let it "reconfigure game files". It claimed it would take 15-30 minutes. After 10 minutes it is stuck at 0%.
The window is warning me that I should not shut down the window or launch WoW while it is running. But the lack of progress makes me wonder how long I should wait.
Anyone else have this happen? Hope I did not make a mistake...

Update... like many Windows apps, progress went from 1% to 2% to 25% to 50% in about 2 minutes. Should be in soon...

Same with me. Took f'r gorram ever to get started, but then moved along nicely.

Mine sat at 0% forever. There was a post on the tech support forums about this and, one of the suggestions was to turn off Antivirus during the process. As soon as I did that, the process worked as expected. Previous to that, I had restarted the process a few times with the same 0% progress after an hour or more.
