There is a "known issue" with Blizzard today not letting people log in due to "being out of prepaid time". It happened to Cham this morning. She has a debit card on file, so???? The payment was "pending" with her bank, but she could not log in. After a call to Blizz, they gave her a free day and let her log right in. So if you have this problem, call Blizz and get a free day of WoW!

She was afraid she had been hacked (even with authenticator), but that was not the case. I checked the gbank, and her last log in time and it was fine. I was going to demote her and her alts to pledge status, but it turned out to be unecessary.

Reminds me of the weirdness last week on my account. I appreciate the heads up in case I see something similar.
