re: [RP Notepad]: 3/4/2010 Winterspring

The Place: The goblin-run trading outpost of Everlook, located in the perpetually cold valley of Winterspring low on the slopes of Mount Hyjal, the last stop on the pilgrimage route before the holy mountain itself.

The Players: Angellis, a Sin'dorei hunter and Guardian of Steadfast brotherhood, whose efforts to obtain repairs for his favorite weapon have taken him to the far corners of the world; Dayari Antarios, a Forsaken rogue whose memory is not all that it could be at the best of times; Meton, a Sin'dorei death knight whose hunger for vengeance keeps him going; Solivar Eventide, a Sin'dorei death knight who restlessly wanders the world in search of many things he has lost.

An elven hunter walked into a bar...

3/4 20:32:14.319 Solivar says: Greetings, brother.

3/4 20:32:17.470 Angellis takes his bite and continues talking "Shooo...*chomp* what are yah do'n out 'ere?"

3/4 20:32:46.196 Solivar resumes his seat, and smiles, a slight, wry smile.

3/4 20:33:01.794 Solivar says: I was about to ask you the same.

3/4 20:33:39.683 Angellis take shis seat as well, licking his fingers on one hand, and waving the drumstick in another "Sho shorry *chomp*.."

3/4 20:34:31.355 Angellis glances towards the crudely made door and turns back to take another bite "Broken gun"

3/4 20:34:42.686 Solivar says: For myself...I have been searching for...several things...for quite some time now. A trail led me here.

3/4 20:35:18.992 Solivar says: Ahhh. On the hunt, as well, I take it?

3/4 20:35:32.026 Angellis continues to chomp at his turkey leg without pause "Only part for it ish *bite* here...I haf a goblin *chomp* working on it right now"

3/4 20:36:13.833 You blink at Angellis.

3/4 20:37:02.023 Angellis says: Nah..*rip*chomp*...Well...hunting sh'ore...but noth'in in particular *lip smack* ..not sh'ore what happened...They couldn't *bite* fix it in Dalaran"

3/4 20:38:07.159 Solivar says: I confess to not being wholly surprised by that. Dalaran seems to prefer...larger explosions than most firearms can provide.

3/4 20:39:50.272 Angellis says: Well...*nibble* they us'shooaly haf nah problem...sh'omting about spliting the Gryomatic Micro-Wizzle Impulse Defibulator Unit...or *bite*...Sh'omet'ing.

3/4 20:40:20.866 Solivar opens his pack and removes several items: a small alcohol burner, a flask of clear liquid, several small vials of colored powders.

3/4 20:40:36.392 Angellis says: What'sh t'at?

3/4 20:41:16.985 Solivar says: Writing tools. I am nearly out of ink. I fear Dayari has been a bad influence on me that way.

3/4 20:41:43.362 Angellis laughs at you.

3/4 20:42:07.174 Angellis says: I wonder where Dayari ish anyways? *bite*

3/4 20:42:35.102 Solivar fills the burner and inclines a brow questioningly.

3/4 20:42:43.050 Angellis says: Probably in the Gallow'sh end, like us'shual.

3/4 20:43:13.844 Solivar says: I have not seen him there recently...Though, admittedly, I have been travelling quite a bit.

3/4 20:43:31.620 Dayari eyes Himmik up and down.

3/4 20:43:52.701 Dayari says: It's little and an air-gulper, but the wrong one.

3/4 20:44:19.725 Angellis 's eyes fly about the room "...Dayari?"

3/4 20:44:40.239 Dayari says: Hmm...this looks wrong.

3/4 20:44:46.520 Dayari says: Oh, hello.

[Dayari, heretofore invisible, appears directly behind Solivar.]

3/4 20:44:52.535 Solivar manfully manages to not leap directly out of his skin.

3/4 20:44:55.551 Dayari looks at Jessica Redpath.

3/4 20:45:18.301 Dayari says: I don't think I wound up where I was supposed to.

3/4 20:45:26.765 Dayari says: I went North like I was supposed to.

3/4 20:45:55.309 Angellis says: ...full of suprises...at lea'sht t'is one *bite* didn't involve eatting victim'sh

3/4 20:45:57.026 Solivar says: ....Greetings, brother.

3/4 20:46:12.304 Dayari greets you with a hearty hello!

3/4 20:46:18.036 Solivar says: 'Like you were supposed to'?

3/4 20:46:33.506 Dayari says: I was supposed to go North to find something.

3/4 20:46:39.481 Dayari says: I wrote it down.

3/4 20:46:45.430 Dayari says: But I lost the note.

3/4 20:46:54.045 Solivar says: ....I *do* have the pen you asked me for earlier.

3/4 20:47:00.044 Dayari says: What pen?

3/4 20:47:18.389 Solivar smiles slightly.

3/4 20:47:54.082 Solivar says: When we met in the south, you said you needed a new pen.

3/4 20:48:02.863 Dayari says: Are you sure about that?

3/4 20:48:26.875 Solivar says: I wrote it down.

3/4 20:48:45.104 Dayari says: Alright, I must have needed a new one then.

3/4 20:48:52.820 Angellis says: I wouldn't push t'is too much...*glances at Dayari and then back to Solivar*

3/4 20:49:16.531 Solivar says: Join us?

3/4 20:49:25.147 Dayari says: I suppose.

3/4 20:49:38.715 Dayari says: I was supposed to find something here.

3/4 20:49:45.542 Angellis says: Come, sit down....Dayari>?

3/4 20:49:54.890 Dayari says: Nope...not out there.

3/4 20:50:07.403 Solivar casts a glance at Angellis.

3/4 20:50:11.335 Angellis says: What are sh'oo looking for

3/4 20:50:43.310 Angellis stares blankly at Dayari...

3/4 20:50:47.893 Angellis says: ...Dayari..?

3/4 20:51:02.657 Dayari says: I was supposed to be looking for something.

3/4 20:51:14.037 Dayari says: I wrote it down.

3/4 20:51:31.050 Dayari says: But I lost the note.

3/4 20:51:43.114 Angellis says: In that ca'she...*shomp*..I hope it wa'sh'nt important.

3/4 20:51:47.847 Solivar says: Mm. Was it a person, or a thing?

3/4 20:51:58.327 Dayari says: One of the two, probably.

3/4 20:52:04.527 Dayari says: I was supposed to go North.

3/4 20:52:25.638 Dayari says: I asked someone about that and they said I should dress warmly.

3/4 20:52:29.021 Dayari says: So I did.

3/4 20:52:38.252 Dayari says: Not sure why, not like it's cold here.

3/4 20:52:44.084 You blink at Dayari.

3/4 20:53:44.788 Solivar says: Well. To some it is cold.

3/4 20:53:52.269 Dayari shrugs. Who knows?

3/4 20:54:11.616 Dayari says: So then I went North. This is as far as the windrider took me.

3/4 20:54:35.278 Dayari says: Then I was supposed to watch out for little things, I always miss them.

3/4 20:54:42.376 Dayari says: I have to remember to look down.

3/4 20:54:45.275 Dayari says: But...

3/4 20:54:51.723 Dayari points at Everlook Bruiser.

3/4 20:54:55.423 Angellis says: Well...Any more north and you would be in Northrend.

3/4 20:54:58.440 Dayari says: These don't seem like the right ones.

3/4 20:55:04.321 Dayari says: Northrend...maybe that was it?

3/4 20:55:11.919 Dayari clearly states, NO.

3/4 20:55:18.602 Dayari says: No that wasn't it.

3/4 20:56:36.717 Solivar says: 'Little things'....

3/4 20:56:56.497 Dayari says: You know, the little things with the high-pitched voices.

3/4 20:57:08.810 Dayari says: Everywhere in Ironforge.

3/4 20:57:20.858 Dayari says: I was in Ironforge once. I tried to catch a fish.

3/4 20:57:25.441 Angellis says: *dryly*...the gnomes?

3/4 20:57:47.752 Dayari says: Yes, the Gnomes, that's what they're called.

3/4 20:58:00.466 Solivar appears lost in thought for a moment.

3/4 20:59:03.270 Angellis says: Solivar...you said you were seraching for something?

3/4 20:59:11.034 Dayari says: Oh?

3/4 20:59:40.161 Solivar says: I...Yes.

3/4 21:00:02.539 Angellis says: ...Gnomes as well?

3/4 21:00:32.085 Solivar 's hands automatically go about assembling the small alchemical alembic he uses to brew ink while he considers where to start.

3/4 21:00:57.778 Dayari says: What's that?

3/4 21:01:40.536 Solivar says: No...not gnomes. Oh, this? Some of the more complex inks require a bit of cooking...

3/4 21:02:38.840 Solivar adds some water, a bit of binder, and several powders to the device, which bubbles quitely like a teapot as it works.

3/4 21:03:00.602 Dayari says: Funny, some poisons need a good cooking too.

3/4 21:03:19.581 Dayari says: Someone told me once it's like...like...like something.

3/4 21:03:26.633 Solivar says: I have been told that.

3/4 21:03:56.874 Solivar glances across the table at Dayari, and then back to Angellis.

3/4 21:04:30.183 Solivar says: But, to answer your question, I have been...searching for someone I once knew.

3/4 21:04:42.047 Angellis shakes his head "I can't say I know anything about poisins or ink making"

3/4 21:04:51.045 Dayari says: Have you tried where you saw them last?

3/4 21:05:46.152 Solivar says: ...Yes. His name is not in the Undercity Census, and so I choose to think him still alive...

3/4 21:06:32.758 Dayari says: Ahh. Some people still are.

3/4 21:06:39.356 Angellis appears mildly bothered ">..and who might this be?"

3/4 21:08:04.289 Solivar says: A...brother in arms. Or at least I think him to have been. My memory is not as complete as it could be...though I remember more now than I have for some time.

3/4 21:08:46.063 Solivar says: I had...a strange experience in Zul'Drak that rendered my mind...oddly clear.

3/4 21:09:01.642 Dayari says: I bet that's a nice thing to have.

3/4 21:09:45.000 Angellis says: Zul'Drak? I think we've all had our run-in with odd experiences there...

3/4 21:09:52.132 Solivar says: It is significantly more pleasant than my recent experiences with mindlessness, I will admit that.

3/4 21:10:50.669 Solivar says: ....I suspect that Highlord Mograine uses Zul'Drak as punishment duty for the underperforming, to be honest.

3/4 21:11:24.295 Dayari says: I think I've been there. Trolls?

3/4 21:11:47.006 Solivar says: I went there to deliver a package to the Crusade outpost. Oh, yes. Trolls.

3/4 21:11:54.470 Solivar shudders slightly.

3/4 21:12:27.997 Solivar says: You cannot swing a dead gnome without hitting six trolls, a Scourge warband, and an irritable piece of rabid wildlife.

3/4 21:12:45.260 Dayari says: That sounds very busy. I hope you brought a weapon.

3/4 21:14:16.342 Solivar says: Yes, I did. And since you cannot simply make a delivery to the Argent Crusade and escape without performing a dozen other tasks, it saw some use, as well.

3/4 21:14:52.618 Dayari says: Good. Best to get rid of the Scourge. It's what we're supposed to do with them.

3/4 21:16:09.501 Angellis looks up from the table and chuckles cynically and silently to himself "...No ...we are suppose to invite them for tea...offer them our friendship."

3/4 21:16:09.833 Solivar says: Which is how I came to be stuck hip-deep in the muck in one of those canals up there. Retrieving medicinal plants.

3/4 21:16:42.258 Dayari says: Muck isn't too bad.

3/4 21:17:06.754 Angellis says: I had no idea...something untainted AND medicinal could be rooted up from that place.

3/4 21:17:41.431 Solivar says: Scourge to the left, Drakkari to the right, sinking steadily into the mud. Well, no, the muck alone was not too bad. Rather loamy. I may go back for some later...but I digress.

3/4 21:19:14.492 Dayari says: Drakkari?

3/4 21:19:28.908 Solivar says: I do not recommend wading in the Drakkari canals while wearing heavy armor. Nothing good can come of this. I was becoming rather concerned that something would come along and knick my head off before I could free myself.

3/4 21:20:36.560 Solivar says: The Drakkari trolls -- the ones who call that place home. You will know them when you see them, they stink of the death they have brought on themselves.

3/4 21:21:15.450 Dayari says: Trolls, got it.

3/4 21:21:38.996 Solivar says: But...again...I digress. I sensed something moving behind me, but before I could turn, it caught me by the shoulders and helped haul me out.

3/4 21:21:54.625 Dayari says: With sharp bits or hands?

3/4 21:22:21.952 Solivar says: Hands.

3/4 21:22:27.601 Dayari says: Probably better that way.

3/4 21:23:27.437 Angellis says: ...Indeed.

3/4 21:23:32.686 Dayari says: What was attached to the hands?

3/4 21:24:39.689 Solivar says: I agree. It was also a troll.

3/4 21:24:51.253 Dayari says: I thought the ones there were bad?

3/4 21:25:41.476 Solivar says: Not one of the Drakkari -- a southern troll, dressed in a spirit-talker's kilt and beads.

3/4 21:26:28.532 Dayari says: Ahh, those area alright. Mostly.

3/4 21:27:13.025 Solivar says: He motioned for me to be still and follow him -- he seemed to know the way through the worst of the territory. He did not give me his name, but he led me to the place where he was camped.

3/4 21:27:54.464 Solivar inclines his head in greetings to Meton.

3/4 21:27:57.847 Angellis looks up from the table.

3/4 21:28:02.662 Dayari says: To eat you, no doubt.

3/4 21:28:05.079 Angellis says: Oh...Good evening.

3/4 21:28:08.095 Dayari says: Wait, they don't do that anymore.

3/4 21:28:08.594 Angellis greets Meton warmly.

3/4 21:28:12.060 Dayari hails Meton.

3/4 21:28:13.927 Meton says: Hello

3/4 21:29:26.229 Solivar says: ....No, I do not think he meant to eat me. He sketched a map in the dirt and showed me how to return to the Argent camp.

3/4 21:30:06.672 Angellis says: This table is losing spots to sit so I shall free mine up. I doubt Wizz-whoever is finished repairing my gun...so I think I will expire in one of those *points to the slings*

3/4 21:30:37.613 Dayari says: Ahh. Helpful, that's a good thing.

3/4 21:30:38.080 Angellis bows to everyone.

3/4 21:31:03.174 Solivar bows from the neck to Angellis.

3/4 21:31:15.171 Solivar says: Go carefully, brother.

3/4 21:31:21.286 Dayari waves goodbye to Angellis. Farewell!

3/4 21:31:24.351 Angellis falls asleep. Zzzzzzz.

3/4 21:31:44.432 Meton says: I haven't been here since...

3/4 21:32:11.291 Dayari says: Since?

3/4 21:32:17.889 Meton says: Right before I died

3/4 21:32:56.281 Dayari says: Oh

3/4 21:33:01.765 Meton says: I was helping those who needed tasks to be completed here right before I went back to Silvermoon for my Paladin trial

3/4 21:33:34.374 Dayari says: Strange place to be.

3/4 21:33:43.139 Dayari says: Very far from Silvermoon City.

3/4 21:33:55.936 Meton says: Well, that's how it goes sometimes

3/4 21:34:11.700 Meton says: They sent me where I could be of use.

3/4 21:34:50.258 Solivar says: That is usually the way of it.

3/4 21:34:58.988 Solivar smiles wryly.

3/4 21:35:03.004 Dayari says: What did you do here, to help?

3/4 21:35:38.447 Meton says: Did some investigation on a series of murders, thinned the local creature population, etc.

3/4 21:35:53.741 Dayari says: Oh, the things these people always want done.

3/4 21:37:26.755 Dayari says: I usually have to find things. Or kill things. The killing is usually easier.

3/4 21:37:52.567 Solivar checks the progress of his ink, flicking a glance at Dayari out of the corner of his eyes.

3/4 21:38:02.397 Solivar says: It is at that.

3/4 21:38:39.373 Meton says: Yes. Somehow, setient creatures who know how to hide are easier to find than some object of value.

3/4 21:38:47.237 Dayari says: Smaller, usually.

3/4 21:40:20.351 Dayari says: Although, living things have a habit of moving around.

3/4 21:41:47.881 Dayari says: That's it!

3/4 21:41:53.313 Solivar says: ...What?

3/4 21:41:56.113 Meton says: Yes. They always seem to want to move around too much-Hmm?

3/4 21:42:24.007 Dayari says: I remembered.

3/4 21:42:35.672 Dayari says: I was supposed to go up North to hunt some things.

3/4 21:42:46.369 Dayari says: Like that elf over there.

3/4 21:42:59.050 Dayari says: I was supposed to be going to Wintergrasp.

3/4 21:43:04.082 Meton says: Ah

3/4 21:43:07.280 Dayari says: Oh well, this is just as good.

3/4 21:43:15.711 Solivar says: ....Ah.

3/4 21:43:25.992 You blink at Dayari.

3/4 21:43:52.922 Solivar says: I believe that the locals do not take well to random violence. You may wish to wait a bit.

3/4 21:44:03.802 Dayari says: I wasn't thinking of that.

3/4 21:44:09.334 Dayari says: But, I guess I could...

3/4 21:44:25.014 Dayari says: This place is fine, just different from Wintergrasp.

3/4 21:44:44.293 Solivar nods slightly.

3/4 21:44:50.958 Dayari says: Still snowy.

3/4 21:45:21.602 Solivar says: True.

3/4 21:46:12.524 Dayari says: Less to kill though.

3/4 21:46:36.319 Dayari says: We're supposed to kill the Alliance.

3/4 21:47:02.150 Meton says: Or we could focus on the common enemy

3/4 21:47:29.275 Dayari says: Enemies that speak common?

3/4 21:47:42.538 Meton says: Nevermind

3/4 21:47:48.271 Solivar says: The Scourge, brother.

3/4 21:48:18.566 Solivar says: The enemies who speak common might be able to wait.

3/4 21:48:20.031 Dayari says: Oh, yes them. They have to go too.

3/4 21:48:46.325 Dayari says: Seems like there's a lot of things we're supposed to be killing.

3/4 21:49:01.188 Solivar says: ...Yes.

3/4 21:49:26.733 Dayari says: It gets to be a long list.

3/4 21:49:29.533 Meton says: Speaking of killing, how goes that self control problem Solivar?

3/4 21:49:46.312 Solivar smiles thinly.

3/4 21:51:11.294 Solivar says: Somewhat better now. I have not lost myself since the last time, nor have I felt myself in great danger of doing so.

3/4 21:51:27.739 Dayari listens intently to you.

3/4 21:52:04.049 Solivar says: I think the solitude of Kalimdor may have done me some good in that regard.

3/4 21:52:11.280 Meton says: Good.

3/4 21:53:35.447 Solivar says: And, as I was telling Dayari, I met a troll in Zul'Drak who proved strangely beneficial to me.

3/4 21:54:07.989 Meton says: How so?

3/4 21:54:36.583 Solivar says: He saved my life and sent me here, after a fashion.

3/4 21:55:15.508 Dayari says: Sent you here?

3/4 21:56:06.050 Solivar says: I was performing a task for the Argent Crusade, retrieving plants from the Drakkari canals, when I became trapped and surrounded. I was aided by a Horde brother, a troll shaman who helped pull me free and led me to safety...

3/4 21:56:40.741 Solivar says: He was camped in the wilds of Zul'Drak, between the Scourge and the Drakkari, and seemed to fear neither.

3/4 21:58:17.053 Solivar says: And he gave me the advice that led me to come to this place, though I have not yet found what I am searching for.

3/4 21:58:36.500 Meton says: Did he give any cryptic clues?

3/4 21:59:38.669 Solivar says: In a way. He bid me to wait in his camp while he scouted the path between there and the Argent outpost...

3/4 22:01:06.459 Solivar says: I suspect there might have been something...mind-altering...burning in his fire. I breathed the smoke and, for a moment...I could remember a great deal.

3/4 22:01:40.350 Dayari says: Strange.

3/4 22:02:31.923 Dayari says: What did you remember?

3/4 22:03:33.927 Solivar 's face goes very still and Dayari gets the distinct impression that, if he were capable of blushing, he would be.

3/4 22:04:05.985 Solivar says: ...A great many things. Some of them are still clear...some are not.

3/4 22:04:15.816 Dayari says: So you forgot again?

3/4 22:05:13.588 Solivar says: Yes. It...is difficult to explain. Some of it feels like a memory...and some of it feels like a vision.

3/4 22:05:37.315 Dayari says: Best not to trust a Troll again.

3/4 22:06:09.742 Solivar says: I...feel...that this is place I needed to come to, but I do not entirely know why.

3/4 22:06:58.731 Meton says: Perhaps the answer will come to you naturally

3/4 22:07:53.336 Solivar says: I can but hope. In any case, I do not think this troll meant me ill. He seemed...wise.

3/4 22:08:14.797 Solivar says: And kind, for a troll.

3/4 22:08:28.695 Dayari says: Trolls usually are odd, but why would he have been unkind?

3/4 22:09:19.236 Solivar says: He put me back on the trail that would lead me to the Argent outpost, but before I could thank him, or even ask his name, he was gone again, as swift and subtle as a spirit himself.

3/4 22:10:10.674 Solivar says: ....I have known very few kind trolls. But, then, before this, most of the trolls I knew came from Zul'Aman.

3/4 22:10:17.055 Dayari says: And you remembered you needed to be here?

3/4 22:10:21.171 Meton says: Excuse me but I must be going. I hope you find the answer you are searching for Solivar.

3/4 22:10:42.216 Solivar says: Farewell, brother. Travel safely.

3/4 22:10:45.548 Meton bows to his allies

3/4 22:10:57.529 Dayari waves goodbye to Meton. Farewell!

3/4 22:11:49.267 Dayari says: Quiet here.

3/4 22:11:53.268 Solivar says: ...I saw this place, in my mind's eye, and knew I had to come here.

3/4 22:12:15.611 Dayari says: Far away, here.

3/4 22:13:47.075 Solivar says: Yes. I traveled about for several days before I finally settled here in Everlook.

3/4 22:14:03.806 Dayari says: So, now that you're here. Just Goblins and some other people.

3/4 22:14:07.304 Dayari says: Was that what you saw?

3/4 22:15:21.140 Solivar says: I saw the sun rising over the mountains, bright silver against the pale blue sky.

3/4 22:15:37.785 Dayari says: Maybe somewhere nearby?

3/4 22:15:42.368 Dayari says: Someone should have a map.

3/4 22:16:31.758 Solivar says: Yes. The angle of the hills looked like the eastern rim of this valley.

3/4 22:16:52.822 Dayari says: We're in a valley? Strange, I didn't notice.

3/4 22:17:13.050 Solivar nods.

3/4 22:18:22.050 Dayari says: Where you supposed to do something here?

3/4 22:19:10.074 Solivar says: I...Yes.

[Solivar exits Everlook's nameless tavern and steps outside into the cold twilight, walking to the outpost gate.]

3/4 22:20:08.347 Dayari says: Still snowy, still cold.

3/4 22:20:23.843 Solivar says: Brother...will you come with me for a moment?

3/4 22:20:36.773 Dayari says: I can't think why not.

[Solivar and Dayari ride more or less together down the road toward Frostwhisper Gorge, leaving the road and riding across country to a small hillock, on which stands the tumbled ruins of a Kaldorei tower. To the East rise the misty purple mountains and to the West lies the silent, snow-covered valley.]

3/4 22:22:19.382 Dayari says: I got lost.

3/4 22:22:32.629 Solivar says: My apologies....

3/4 22:22:44.676 Dayari says: That's alright, it happens to me a lot.

3/4 22:22:50.542 Solivar says: But this...here...I saw this.

3/4 22:23:00.056 Dayari says: What is "this?"

3/4 22:23:22.885 Solivar kneels and brushes at the snow.

3/4 22:23:44.747 Solivar says: This place -- the ruin, the hills...

3/4 22:24:42.951 Solivar 's fingers scrape across something other than snow and packed ice -- a bundle wrapped in oilcloth.

[Dayari and Solivar find a book buried just beneath the surface of the snow and ice, not in the ground itself, wrapped in oilcloth to protect it from the damp.]

3/4 22:24:55.466 Dayari eyes the ground.

3/4 22:25:18.410 Dayari opens [A Battered Tome]

3/4 22:25:32.591 Dayari says: Strange.

3/4 22:25:51.386 Dayari carefully hands the tome to Solivar.

3/4 22:25:55.752 Dayari says: What is it?

3/4 22:26:07.202 Solivar says: ...I am not entirely certain I was searching for a book.

3/4 22:26:34.695 Dayari says: Sometimes what we're looking for is easier to forget than that we're looking.

3/4 22:26:55.990 Solivar handles the book carefully, making certain not to damage the sometimes brittle pages.

3/4 22:27:18.034 Solivar 's eyes widen a fraction.

3/4 22:27:44.829 Solivar says: Dayari...this page...

3/4 22:28:35.235 Solivar says: The faces in the drawing are changing. That is *you.*

3/4 22:28:39.131 Dayari eyes Chillwind Chimaera up and down.

3/4 22:28:52.317 Dayari shrugs. Who knows?

3/4 22:29:01.779 Dayari says: Books don't change their writing.

3/4 22:29:14.426 Dayari says: That's why we write things in books, so they don't get changed.

3/4 22:29:31.506 Solivar says: No, they do n --

3/4 22:30:01.133 Dayari says: Solivar?

3/4 22:30:24.228 Solivar 's hands visibly shake for an instant, his gaze riveted to the page.

3/4 22:30:54.272 Solivar says: We must leave this place. *Quickly.*

3/4 22:31:03.019 Dayari says: Alright.

3/4 22:31:37.029 Dayari says: Where to?

3/4 22:32:15.906 Solivar closes the book, but before he does, Dayari catches a glimpse of the image on the page: the horned helmet of a death knight, the visible mouth twisted in a cruel curl of hunger.

3/4 22:32:32.117 Solivar says: As far from here as we can go.

3/4 22:32:35.217 Dayari says: Yes, we should go.

[The pair ride rather frantically across the valley back to Everlook.]

3/4 22:34:10.044 Dayari says: Got lost again...

3/4 22:34:58.761 Solivar says: I...suggest that we part ways here, brother. If...that is who I think it may be, he will not be interested in you.

3/4 22:35:16.300 Dayari says: Oh. That doesn't sound good for you.

3/4 22:35:33.193 Solivar says: I can run faster. It is an advantage of being me.

3/4 22:35:48.013 Dayari says: Ahh. Perhaps I should go somewhere then.

3/4 22:36:26.399 Solivar says: Keep the book for now, and go safely.

3/4 22:36:38.484 Dayari says: I'm going to hide it.

3/4 22:36:46.484 Dayari says: I think I should write down where I put it though.

3/4 22:37:10.189 Solivar says: An excellent idea in both respects. Please, brother. Be careful.

3/4 22:37:25.402 Dayari says: I'll treat it like a poison.

3/4 22:38:10.407 Solivar bows from the saddle to Dayari.

3/4 22:38:16.580 Dayari bows before you.

3/4 22:38:53.498 Solivar says: Until we meet next, brother.

3/4 22:39:07.365 Dayari says: Yes. Until we...

3/4 22:39:13.028 Dayari says: meet again.

3/4 22:39:34.340 Solivar says: Be safe.
