On it.  Periodically, for some unknown reason, Guild Launch's automated billing system gets un-automated and, despite the bill being generated today, it also got suspended today.  Should be up momentarily.

Today around 1pm the Vent Server went down and I have not been able to get back on it since. Hope we can get this fixed in the near future.
